skyLume explores themes of gravitational pull, community connection, and forward momentum. A tall central ribbon form anchors the sculpture, symbolizing an unseen force that draws people in. Encircling it is a spiraling secondary ribbon that reflects energy in motion, creating a dynamic relationship between stillness and movement, between place and progress.

Kinetic elements integrated into the structure respond to wind and sunlight during the day, while programmable internal lighting animates the form at night, transitioning the sculpture from a reflective daytime landmark to a luminous nighttime presence. These pixel-like components shift in color and light pattern, producing a layered experience that evolves with time, weather, and season.
