Formidable is a hanging sculpture designed by Rob Ley for the Police Department Headquarters building in downtown Kansas City, MO. A multitude of silver and gold tubes amass into a single dynamic, sweeping piece. The artwork conveys the duality that exists within police officers as individual community members and as a unified presence of strength and authority.
